A taste of Wales

Bryngarw is proud to offer you a 'taste of Wales': as far as possible we use fresh local products from Pembrokeshire or elsewhere in Wales in the preparation of our dishes. You'll also find traditional Welsh recipes amongst our varied menu.

The Menu

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8.30 – 9.15 a.m., with a wide choice of menu.

Dinner

A four course meal is served at 7.00 p.m. The menu always includes a choice of starter followed by the main course with at least four meat options, one fish dish, and two vegetarian choices which vary each day. This is followed by desserts, then cheese and biscuits and freshly brewed coffee and mints.

Note: special diets can also be catered for by prior request.

Drinks

Bryngarw is a licensed establishment. Pre-dinner drinks are served in the Residents’ Lounge from 6.30 p.m. To complement the meal we offer a varied choice of wines from around the world.

Packed Lunches

Pembrokeshire has plenty of good inns and cafés for lunch time refreshment but there are also many areas where the scenery is fantastic but the facilities are lacking. One option popular with many of our guests is taking a packed lunch out for the day. We can provide a good choice of sandwiches freshly made to your requirements, as well as fruit and drinks.

It is best if you give us your order the evening before the packed lunch is required. However, if you decide in the morning, we can always offer something, if not the complete range.
